ViewPoint Sign & Awning provides a full range of signage services since 1996, catering to boutique locations and well-known brands alike. Our 35,000 square foot manufacturing headquarters in Northborough, MA offers design, wide-format printing, interior sign, pylon, illuminated sign and awning services.
We are currently looking for a Fabricator / Welder
In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of a team-oriented environment, where precision and collaboration are essential for delivering top-notch products.

Location: Northborough, MA
Schedule: 8-hour day / Monday-Friday
Salary: $20 - $40 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Attention to detail, pride of workmanship, and a positive attitude.
· Four years or more of relevant metal fabrication experience.
· Welding: Ability to weld both steel and aluminum.
· Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Measuring and Cutting: Accuracy in measuring and cutting materials.
· Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with various hand and power tools used in fabrication.
· Skills should include both steel and aluminum fabrication techniques.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
· Ability to fulfill physical requirements including moderate lifting, bending, standing.
· Ability to keep a clean and organized work space.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively.
· Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during fabrication or installation.
· Fork lift and/or Hoisting license(s) a plus.

Other Duties:
· Maintaining tools and equipment: Keeping tools and equipment in good, working order.
· Following safety procedures: Adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
