High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively ( the successful candidate must have their own tools to bring to the job) .
Experience with jib and overhead cranes is strongly preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently, and be able to get into small spaces without fear of heights or enclosed spaces. Stooping, kneeling, and climbing will be required.
