Job Summary: 
Labor Finders of Austell is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our team. This role will require experience operating a  skid steer, bulldozer, or excavator . Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Operate skid steer, bulldozer, and excavator safely and efficiently

• Perform site prep, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material handling

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance

• Follow project plans and supervisor instructions

• Load and unload materials as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience operating skid steers, bulldozers, or excavators

• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

• Ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints

• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Must pass a drug test and background check

Preferred Qualifications: 

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• Experience in residential, commercial, or civil construction

• Mechanical knowledge for minor repairs and maintenance
