What We're Looking For In a Candidate - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or industrial machine automation setting.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- 5+ years experience in mechanical design or engineering
- Understand basic manufacturing processes
- General knowledge of mechanical systems and devices
- Able to perform Mechanical Engineering calculations
- Design For Manufacturing
- New Product Development
- Current Product Support
- Project Management
- Research and Development
- Quoting
- Milestone/dates estimation and adherence
- Materials selection
- Scope control
- Customer site visits and general forward-facing skills
- Building as required
- Troubleshooting and maintenance
- Manufacturing process planning
- Technical documentation
- Understanding of drafting standards and print layouts
- Must be able to perform with low supervision
