Job Description

Description Our team is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to deliver modern web and database solutions using technologies such as Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, React, and related frameworks. Experience with AI/ML is a high plus. The ideal candidate thrives at solving business challenges and building reliable, scalable applications using up-to-date JavaScript and state management patterns. Key Responsibilities: + Solve business problems using modern web development tools, including React, Redux, and JavaScript + Take general requirements from business stakeholders and break them into actionable items for the development team + Write and deploy maintainable, readable, and scalable software + Modify existing applications to correct errors and improve performance + Design, develop, and maintain various databases such as NoSQL, Elasticsearch, and time-based DBs + Leverage asynchronous programming techniques (Promises, async/await, ES7 generators) and state management using Redux + Build and maintain microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and database-driven web applications + Utilize vanilla JavaScript techniques as well as advanced ES6/ES7 features Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Management Information Systems (MIS) + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer + Must have experience with: + JavaScript frameworks and techniques (ReactJS, Redux, ES6/ES7) + Relational and non-relational databases + Asynchronous programming + Integrating third-party libraries and APIs + Experience or interest in AI/ML technologies is a significant plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
