Qualifications: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in California. • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals. • Comfortable using technology and online tools to enhance client interactions. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively guide clients. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
