Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages & food with precision and care.
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all our customers.
• Take orders, operate the register, and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, workstations, and store.
• Follow health and safety standards, ensuring food and drink quality.
• Work as part of a team to create a positive, energetic work environment.
• Stay knowledgeable about all cafe offerings, including drinks, beans, and brew equipments

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or barista experience is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining store standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including one of the weekends.
