OUR STORY
The Black Foster Carers Alliance (BFCA) is a UK-wide organisation led by people with lived and professional experience of the care system.
We empower Black and Global Majority foster carers, children and communities through training, mentoring, digital innovation and systems change — placing culture and identity at the heart of everything we do.
From grassroots community work to national policy influence, BFCA is building a fostering sector that truly reflects the diversity of the children it serves.
